Dice DaVinci Creates Documentary Dedicated to Tay Keith

Dice DaVinci, also known as Brandon Boutte, is a Houston-born rapper, visual artist, filmmaker, and creative entrepreneur. His work combines music, documentary filmmaking, graphic design, and cultural storytelling, with an emphasis on preserving important stories and highlighting influential voices within the community. Dice DaVinci has announced the creation of a new documentary titled “Remembering Tay Keith”, a tribute dedicated to preserving the story, memory, and influence of Tay Keith.

Tay Keith, born Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, was a Grammy-nominated record producer and songwriter from Memphis, Tennessee. He became one of hip-hop’s most influential producers through his hard-hitting trap production and recognizable producer tag, “Tay Keith, [expletive] these … up.”

He gained national recognition in 2018 after producing or co-producing major records including:

• BlocBoy JB and Drake’s “Look Alive”

• Drake’s “Nonstop”

• Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode”

• Eminem’s “Not Alike”

• Beyoncé’s “Before I Let Go”

• Sexyy Red’s “Pound Town”

His work on “Sicko Mode” and Drake and 21 Savage’s “Rich Flex” earned Grammy nominations. BMI also named him Producer of the Year multiple times and Songwriter of the Year in 2025.

“Remembering Tay Keith” is designed to offer viewers a personal and emotional look at the person behind the name. Through meaningful storytelling, personal memories, archival material, and conversations with those who knew Tay Keith, the film will explore the relationships, experiences, and moments that made his life significant.

Rather than focusing only on loss, Remembering Tay Keith will celebrate the impact he made on the people around him. The documentary will provide family members, friends, and members of the community with an opportunity to share stories that might otherwise go unheard.

The project continues Dice DaVinci’s growing work in documentary filmmaking and visual storytelling. The Houston-based creative previously produced The Unofficial Z-Ro Documentary: The Mo City Don, a film centered on the musical journey and cultural influence of Houston rap artist Z-Ro.

With “Remembering Tay Keith”, Dice DaVinci takes a more intimate approach, using film as a way to honor a life and create a permanent record for future generations. The documentary is expected to balance emotional interviews with uplifting memories, allowing viewers to understand Tay Keith through the voices of those closest to him.
